Availability of STIHL products
Over the last two years, we have received unprecedented global demand for STIHL products. This high level of demand has also been compounded by delays within our supply chain, including part shortages due to the war in Ukraine and other global issues.
We have still delivered more products to our British dealer network than ever before this year and the STIHL GB team are working extremely hard to send products out to STIHL Approved Dealers as soon as we receive them into our warehouse.
We do have limited stock of some products and we are sharing details of available stock with our dealer network on a regular basis. We have also streamlined our product range in some places to maximise manufacturing output, which means some versions of certain models are currently unavailable.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by these issues. We do appreciate that any delays can be extremely frustrating for you, especially if your business relies on using STIHL tools.
We are trying to get products into the country as quickly as possible and we are also trying to provide the most accurate information about deliveries to our dealers. Unfortunately the information we are receiving about deliveries is changing on a daily basis too.
Please do speak to your STIHL dealer in the first instance to get an estimated due date. You can also speak to our Customer Services team, who will be able to give you an estimated due date that stock will be sent to your local dealer.
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to any dealers’ ordering systems so we can’t guarantee where your own order is within their queue. If you would like to contact Customer Services, please email them at email@example.com.
