STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping to addresses in Great Britain is free of charge for orders of £100 or more. Orders under £100 will be charged £4.99. Deliveries take 1 - 3 working days.

Please note, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

Parcels are sent via TNT/Fedex on a next day service, however, due to the restrictions imposed by Dangerous Goods legislation, certain products which contain a battery cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. We also cannot guarantee next day delivery to remote or island locations. Delivery to these locations can take up to 10 days from the date you placed the order.

A signature may be required on delivery.

If you are ordering from Northern Ireland, please contact your local STIHL distributor. If you are ordering from another country, you can find your local STIHL website here.

Returns

We offer free returns, which means you will not be charged for the courier costs of returning an item to us. However, we may ask you to take your item to your nearest STIHL Approved Dealer.

Please review our full terms and conditions for full details of our policy.

You can notify us you would like to return an item for any reason up to 30 days after you receive it using our Returns request form. We will review your request and contact you with details on how to proceed.

We offer free returns for any power tools and batteries. For these returns, you will not be charged for the courier costs of returning an item to us. We will either arrange to collect your order directly from you, or we may ask you to take your item to your nearest STIHL Approved Dealer. Batteries require a specialist courier service; if a battery needs to be returned, we will issue a courier parcel label and arrange a collection.

For all other items, you will need to pay for the cost of returning it to us yourself. You can return it by any means possible but it must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund.

You should also keep a valid postage receipt for any items that you arrange to return to us yourself. In case of a parcel being lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the sender to open a claim with the courier.

Please take care when trying on goods that may be returned as items that are soiled, or are not in a clean, dry and hygienic condition will not be refunded. If goods have been tampered with or deliberately modified they also cannot be considered for a refund or exchange.

Please note that the cost of delivering the original order to you is non-refundable. Please review our full terms and conditions for full details of our policy.

Unless your item is faulty, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few working days.

We regret there are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, for example, if an item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We will inform you of this in advance.

When will I receive my refund?

    1. If you have received an email confirming a refund has been issued, first double check your bank account as refunds can appear at any time during the day.
    2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@stihl.co.uk.
