You can notify us you would like to return an item up to 30 days after you receive it using our RMA request form. We will review your request and contact you with details on how to proceed.
Please note, some items contain batteries requiring a specialist courier service. If a battery needs to be returned, we will issue a courier parcel label and arrange a collection.
A fee may apply; we will notify you of any charges and how you can pay them in advance of arranging a collection. Alternatively, we may ask you to take your item to your nearest STIHL Approved Dealer.
Unless your item is faulty, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your item is faulty.
